The project involves the construction of five buildings for hotel and guesthouse services, along with underground garages.
The idea behind the project was to combine local architectural forms inspired by the New Zakopane style, characterized by cuboid shapes topped with a sloping roof in proportions referring to the first shelters, with modern, minimalist simplification of forms.
Noble materials such as basalt, which is an extremely resistant material to weather conditions, provided further inspiration.
The tall stonework refers to the natural, irregular forms in which this material occurs in nature.
Its black elegance contrasts with the glass panes of the window openings and the wooden elements of the beams, lynxes and eaves formwork in the color of natural Siberian larch.
The stone cuboids are topped with a gable roof with a high half-peak.
The roof surface is illuminated by minimalist cuboids ensuring maximum lighting of the rooms. The gable walls in the asymmetrical glazing with facade glass are light and elegant, boarded in a tectonic way with larch wood.
The investment assumes the construction of a total of 72 apartments with a total usable area of 3451.62 m2, along with 80 parking spaces, a spacious restaurant hall and an attractive SPA area. The prestigious location of the investment obliged to create a unique place on the map of the city of Zakopane.
